Order & Shipping information

How To Order

Please use our order form to place your order or inquiry.
We will contact you via email with all information about product availability, processing time and shipping cost.
Minimum order US$250, exclusive of shipping cost.
Once you give your approval and have placed the payment we will process the order and ship via DHL to you.
Payment via PayPal or money transfer to our bank accounts in Indonesia and Germany.
We ship worldwide to any street address or post office box.
All our products ship with common export documents (invoice, material safety data sheet / MSDS, phytosanitary certificate).
If a package returns to us because of an inappropriate shipping address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

Taxes, Duties and Customs Laws

You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws imposed on all imports to your country.
We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any costs that you have incurred in relation to your order.

Seized or Returned Packages

If an international order is seized, you will not receive a refund.
If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 5% restocking fee. In addition, you will be charged the extra shipping costs incurred by us to retrieve our package.
